I can’t say enough great things about Heights Dental and Dr. Tracz and I’m so happy I found her practice! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The entire team is just as wonderful: warm, welcoming, and so organized that the whole experience is stress-free from start to finish. I always feel listened to, never rushed, and completely confident in the care I’m receiving. They are skilled, gentle, and incredibly thorough. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Genuinely lives up to the great reviews. As someone who has never ever in my life been a fan of going to the dentist, I had a great first visit at Heights Dental, and am, if I dare to say, actually kind of looking forward to the next one. Every person I met here was kind, friendly, and communicative. Could not recommend more highly.

I was on the hunt for a patient and humble dentist willing to take a conservative approach in fixing my tooth after a botched filling elsewhere. Dr. Tracz is such a kind, gentle, and compassionate woman that takes pride in her work. She is so thorough, explaining details and taking pictures to show you each step and document the quality of her work. I am so grateful for her smart and adaptive thinking in repairing my tooth, saving it from endodontics. It's so hard to find a good dentist, and I found mine!! Shoutout to her great DA too, she even moisturized my lips throughout the procedure!

If I could pack this entire dental practice into my suitcase and take them with me, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can say without a doubt that this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had—not just in New York, but anywhere. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The entire team manages to strike that perfect, rare balance of being exceptionally professional and genuinely friendly. I’ve never once felt like just another appointment on a calendar; they truly care about their patients as people. The quality of care is simply unmatched. Every procedure, from routine cleanings to more complex work, is performed with such precision and a gentle touch that it completely eliminates any "dentist anxiety." They use the latest technology, explain everything clearly, and the results are always flawless. I am truly saddened to be moving away because finding a replacement for this level of service feels nearly impossible. If you are looking for a dentist in New York who provides high-quality, compassionate, and consistent care, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
